Mail is received at a minimum 2 times per week and distributed to the clients as soon as possible. This is a UPS Store. When packages arrive at the store they still need to be processed through their system. Sometimes a package will show on tracking to have been delivered but the store has not processed the package for pick up yet. Please be patient - We have a lot of mail to process and we are at the mercy of the UPS Store and their procedures.
